My side of the story

A while ago me and my friends had a discussion about LOVE. Well more on the HURT you get out of it.

Out of that discussion I made a lot of realizations.

LOVE isn’t just romance. It’s felt within family and friends too. It’s more than an expression of care. It’s inexplainable. It goes beyond first impressions, and expectations. But that’s what I thought. I never looked at the disadvantages and the possible struggles. Enough about my confusing definition of LOVE. You see there are times that you are so happy because of this love. You find yourself smiling for no reason and randomly missing someone. But there are times when you just GIVE TOO MUCH. In this gesture, you leave nothing for yourself. You expect that they will be able to return that favor. They say that you shouldn’t expect in love. FUCK YOU. To expect is inevitable. It is a part of human nature once you start caring. You know what sucks even more? It’s when I see you everyday, think of you at nights when I can’t sleep, and being constantly reminded of how STUPID I was and exerting efforts just to show you I’m trying. I may not be a saint, but I know I was a good person who did the things I thought was right but in the end, I feel cheated, lied to, and REPLACED. That feeling of unimportance was the worst. Somehow you need to realize that sorry isn’t enough and that those efforts are far too late. I need to realize when to stop caring because no matter what I do I know it won’t matter to you. I know I’m not like “THEM”. I won’t be able to give you what I don’t have. Still I tried to understand you. But now I’m done trying. Try understanding me now. Try to feel all the hurt. Maybe you’ll see what I went through. Maybe you can count the tears that fell because of you. And maybe, just maybe, you will be able to realize how broken I was because of you.

Tang ina naman. Ginawa ko naman lahat ng sa tingin ko tama. Pero feeling ko dinaya padin ako. Paulit-ulit na sinaktan. Ikaw nagpapaimportante, tapos ginawa ko naman lahat para hindi mo kami ipagpalit. Iba padin pinili mo. Tama na. Ayaw ko na. PAGOD na ako. Tapos ano eeffort ka kung kailan too late na? ano yan bastusan? tang ina naman oh. Pwede ba? I don’t need your apologies. I want you to feel every bit of hurt. That’s my side and I’m no longer interested to hear yours.
